Children’s Ministry Summer Volunteers
The Children's Ministry is currently seeking a team of gifted believers who love kids to serve in our 7-week summer KidsConnect program from June 6 to July 25. Day retreat for our sr. high students! Parents, check your email for the registration link. - Men’s RetreatSat, Mar 20When: Saturday, March 20 at 9:00am
Where: Lodge
Make plans to join with Southwood Men for a day retreat on March 20. You will meet at the Lodge from 9am-3pm for fellowship, worship, and teaching by Ron Clegg on Biblical Manhood. A continental breakfast will be available, and box lunches will be served. Everyone will reconvene at Tripp and Stephanie Pearson's farm at 5:30 for a BBQ dinner and bonfire.
The cost for the day is $25. Register at southwood.org/mensretreat.

Set out on a journey to uncharted territory where kids will encounter the unexpected waiting around every bend. Imagine discovering new plants, flowers, or trees and seeing amazing scenery from brand new vantage points. What excitement! Sounds beautiful, right?
This summer, join us as we are going a bit “off the map.” Just as Daniel and his friends stepped into uncharted territory and found that God still had a plan, kids can begin to understand that obedience to God does not always lead to the expected. The journey of a lifetime begins with an exciting relationship with Jesus that continues into eternity. Whenever faced with the unexpected, kids can know to listen for God’s command: “This is the way. Walk in it.” SAVE THE DATE!!
